  • Caution: Growing the above single crystals is extremely challenging due to their ultra-high melting point. It cannot be guaranteed that each substrate is free from defects such as domains, dislocations, and twins. If your application is highly sensitive to defects, it is advisable to check the substrate using XRD before growing the film. MTI will replace any unsatisfactory substrate with no film grown and no damage free of charge until you are satisfied. No order cancellations will be accepted.
