This is a pair of smart sealing assemblies for 2" vacuum tube furnace to seal both ends of an OD 60mm tube without any welding and gluing.

Package included One Mechanical Pressure Gauge ( Optional: Digital Pressure Gauge), two flanges, two steel sealing rings, four high-temperature silicone O-rings ( 300ºC Max.), and six screws

  • One end flange has a barbed needle valve,1/4" feedthrough for thermocouple inserted, and 1/8 NPS valve with installed Mechanical Pressure Gauge. (if you need a Compact Digital Vacuum Gauge, please choose from the product option at extra cost. If you don't need a vacuum gauge, please instruct us when you order, we can take it off, but no price deduction )
  • Another end flange has a KF25 port with a barbed needle valve. You may need a KFD25 angle valve before connecting the vacuum port to the vacuum pump. Please choose the KF25 angle valve at the related product below.
  • Seal the tube by tightening the screws on the flange without any welding and glue.
  • 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose.
  • Designed for MTI OTF-1200X Desk-top Quartz Tube Furnace.
  • Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz, and steel pipe.
Warning
  • Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange (see picture below) to avoid heat radiation melting the silicone O-ring. You order a ceramic block in related products.
  • Please do not over-tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
