HC-12DHT is designed for heating 1/2" I.D. Refractory Alloy Pressing Die with a Band Heater and a Single-setpoint Temperature Controller. Programmable Temperature Controller is standard from 03/09/2021.

Application Note
  • Please must always wear protective goggles during the operation !
  • Please clean the mold via ethanol after the completion of each experiment.
  • We strongly recommend using professional laboratory hydraulic pressers that ensure the most even pressing interface and uniform pressure force as below. (pic.1)

  • For use with our Splittable Graphite Dry Pressing Die of 1/2"(12.7mm) I.D. - Die-05D-GP-4S, please contact for specifications and pricing details. Graphite Die can only be used with inert gas, such as in a Glovebox. (pic.4 & 5)
