IMCS-1700HP is a High-Pressure induction melting/casting furnace which can granulate various alloys up to 2 kg at Max. 1700ºC under high-pressure Ar gases up to 10 bars, and also can be used to separate melt from slag or make composite by melt infiltration

Casting Chamber ( Bottom )

- The bottom chamber is made of SS304 with KF 25 vacuum port
- Accommodates flasks 5'' diameters x 9" high is inside the bottom chamber to accept casting\
- Vacuum requirement: 1bar (-29.9" Hg) at sea level
- The digital vacuum gauge is included to monitor vacuum pressure
- Double stage rotary vane vacuum pump is included with this casting system

Crucible
|
- One set of high purity graphite crucible is included for max. 1000 g capacity ( Fe based alloy)
- The crucible bottom is sealed from the bottom chamber to keep high pressure
- A thermal insulation component is included.
- Graduating crucible and grain-making tank is available at additional cost. for casting 1- 6 mm sphere bead
- The customized graphite crucible for melt Infiltrating is available upon request.
