KSL-1700X-A4-DC is an upgraded model of KSL-1700X-A4 furnace. This model equips with two sets of temperature controllers and two B-type thermocouples, the primary controller and the monitoring controller to ensure safety. The gas route is built to allow inert gas into the chamber and the safety door lock prevents the furnace door from opening by accident during operation. The furnace adopts high-quality alumina fiber bricks insulation and MoSi2 heating elements which achieve a temperature capacity of 1700°C in the 12"x12"x16" chamber. This model of box furnace is ideal for R&D, laboratory, and also industrial use.

Primary and Monitoring Controllers

- You may upgrade the temperature controller to the Eurotherm Temperature Controller which provides +/- 0.1ºC accuracy. Application Notes |
- The cooling rate shall also not exceed 10 °C /min.
- Toxic or explosive gases are not recommended for use with this furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision.
- Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
- A refractory door block must be inserted before the closing door.
