MSK-HTBA-D is an automatic coin cell assembling system for high throughput coin cell batteries R&D. Manually load cell components on the pre-loading station, a robotic arm equipped with vacuum suction to pick up materials from pre-loading station and to transfer them to the assembling station. It is able to handle Max. 64 cells in dual-station glovebox under controlled atmosphere.  The system equipped a electrolyte injection mechanism, followed by sealing function. The finished coin cells are transferred to the tray area.

Compressive Gas
  • Compressed Inert Gas (0.5-0.7 Mpa) is required for the machine operation, please have it ready for use.
  • Must use high-purity inert gas when operating it within the glovebox. 
  • Attention: If a gas cylinder is used, a two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.

  • Two assembling sequences are available for CR2032 coin cell assembling. The negative assembling sequence is default, the positive assembling sequence can be configured upon request. Please contact MTI before purchase.
  • Negative Assembling Sequence (default): anode case, spacer, anode, anode disc, separator, cathode disc, spacer, spring, and cathode case.

                                       

  • Positive Assembling Sequence: cathode case, cathode disc, separator, anode disc, spacer, spring, and anode case.
