MSK-NMP-2 is a CE Certified Dual-Filtration System for NMP(N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone) Vapor of Li-ion Battery coating. It can be used to filter the vapor formed from the process of coating and drying with the dual-filtration level in Li-ion battery R&D. Water-filter design provides dedusting, NMP filtering, and vapor purification methods with the roll to roll coating MSK-AFA-E400-UL.

  • Dual-filtration mechanism: The fan takes the NMP vapor to the first upper water bath and part of NMP vapor was absorbed and dissolved in the water bath. Then the NMP vapor go through the down chamber and enter into the second water bath for further absorption.
