• Cutting Die is made of carbon steel which is sensitive to moisture. Always keep the cutting die dry and neat.
• Various dimensions of cutting die are available, please choose the correct one for your experimental needs.

• For the reason of precise fitting, the lower die or upper die cannot be purchased separately, they come as a pair for reasons of precise fitting.

• After each use, clean the die set with ethanol or alcohol to prevent cross-contamination. Ensure the die set is thoroughly dried after cleaning because carbon steel is susceptible to moisture. 

• Before you do installation of die sets, please check the part number (eg. A30612) of the pushing rod and the bottom plate is consistent.

Warning:

• Please pay attention when installing or replacing a die of a different size. Precision dies have minimal tolerance, requiring careful handling. For any inquiries, please contact with MTI.
• Misalignment will result in die damage. Please read the operation manual and watch the instrument video carefully when changing the die. MTI is not responsible for the damage caused by misoperation. Strongly suggest with several cutters with pre-installed die.
