MSK-VUSP-3 is a high power ultrasonic processor with built-in a vacuum chamber. It is designed for dispersing air-sensitive nano-powder, homogenizing liquid phase from precipitation during storage, and mixing multi-chemical in one solution efficiently. The ultrasonic processing rod is made of high purity alumina to avoid metallic contamination. It is an ideal tool for preparing the new generation of LED phosphor, Li-ion battery slurry, Nanostructure Growth, and quality thin film by sol-gel method.

Vacuum Chamber and Pump

Application Notice

  • Processor Head should be dip into sample liquid around 10mm
  • The Maximum dip in depth is 30mm
  • Sample Liquid handling volume: 5 mL - 200 mL
  • Continuous working time should limit to less than 5-10 mins, for using in high Power Mode of Ultrasonic Proces(Over 50% power).
  • Can build Up to 400C Ultrasonic Liquid Mixing System inside the vacuum chamber in extra cost.
