Continuous Powder Feeding & Retrieving System

- The automatic powder feeder is mounted on the feeding system support via a feeding swivel coupling with pressure gauge. (Pic 1-3)
- Feed rate adjustable by the potentiometer knob, 97cm^3/min max.
- One stainless steel tank is installed on the other end of the processing tube to gather the fired powder without exposure to air. (Pic. 4)
- One Alumina processing tube (60mm OD x 54mm ID x 1200mm L) with gear is required. (Pic. 5-6)

- Labview Based Temperature Control System (MTS01) enables the user to edit temperature profiles, manage heat-treatment recipe, record and plot data for MTI furnaces.

| Application Notes |
- The concept of continuous power feeding and processing can be realized by the use of Magnetic Fluid Sealed Swivel Coupling in line with Volumetric Feeder and Rotary Furnace. Please view the assembling approach diagram and video in below.

| Warnings |
- The tube furnaces are designed for using under vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bar / 3 psi / 0.02 MPa
- Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.
- Vacuum limit definition for all quartz tube furnaces: * Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°C
