This is a sealing flange with 1/4" ID fitting and valve for one end of OD 100 mm diameter tube. One 1/4" diameter thermal couple or ceramic tube can be inserted into processing tube through flange with vacuum sealed. It can be used for calibrating or controlling tube furnace temperature under vacuum condition, or measure sample electronic properties at high temperature.

- Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on the flange.

1/4" ID fitting with silicon O-ring sealed and accept 1/4" diameter thermal couple or a tube.

Stainless steel needle valve with 1/4" pipe adaptor.

The assembly kit will seal one end of 100-102 mm diameter ceramic and quartz tube.
- You need order another end of flange to seal two ends of processing tube (click to order).
- 1/4" Dia. Thermal couple or tube can be inserted to inside tube with vacuun sealed on the flange (Pic. 1)
- It can be used for calibrating or controlling tube furnace temperature under vacuum (Pic. 2)
- 1/4"dia tube can be inserted to inside tube via the flange to measure sample properties under various temperature. ( Pic. 3)
- 1/4" Dia. ceramic tube can be inserted into the tube with vacuum sealed on the flange. ( Pic. 4)

Warning

- Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange (see picture below) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. You may order a ceramic block in related products.
- Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
