AM-YLJ-24T-12 is an automatic pellet pressing system operated by a remote PC and a robotic arm. It can press 12 pellets of 0.5" diameter autonomously within 2 hours.

| Operation Procedures |
- Program operation procedure in PC - including pressing pressure, holding time, and die cleaning time.
- Place 12 kinds of pre-mixed and calcined powders in a tray on the table
- Place 12 pre-cleaned dry-pressing dies into the holder on the table
- Push the button of " start " on the PC, then
- The robotic arm will finish the operation, including
- Feeding power into the die,
- Pressing powder into the pellet via the electric hydraulic press
- Push the densified pellet out from the die
- Put the densified pellet into a crucible
- Repeat the above procedure one by one until 12 pellets finish for future sintering
- Time-consuming: 120 - 130 minutes to finish 12 pellets
