MTI Corporation provides the high quality Alumina ( Al₂O₃)  tube foam block for hybrid furnace. This product is used for sealing the 20mm OD quartz tube providing better thermal insulation.  It comes with the specification as the following:

• Max. Working Temperature: 1700°C
• Diameter: 16 mm
• Length:51 mm
• Application: Specially designed Alumina Block used for sealing the 20mm OD Quartz Tubes.
• Fit MTI's 1000 °C Compact Hybrid Furnace with Three Tubes & Flanges - KSL-1100X-S3

Application Note:

• Small cracks may appear on the surface of refractory ceramics over extended use, but it will not affect the usage. This is a normal occurance and the cracks may be repaired by Alumina Coating.

• Please check the package for any damages before accepting delivery. If damages are detected, retain all packing materials, document the conditions with photos, and report the issue immediately to the carrier and MTI.
