HVF-1400X-CW is a cold-wall high-vacuum chamber furnace with a maximum working temperature of 1400°C. It is designed for high-vacuum heating treatment of small samples in a well-defined, clean environment.
It features:
- Water-cooled 304 SS chamber
- All metal thermal insulation and heating elements designed for high vacuum conditions
- Ø100×120 mm effective sample size
- Ultimate vacuum <1e-6 torr
- Compatible gas: Ar, N2, H2, etc.
