KSL-1100X-S3 is a compact hybrid furnace that offers a 4"x4"x4" heating chamber to sinter samples in air, and three 16mm ID quartz tubes to process samples under high vacuum in high throughput. It is an ideal furnace for preparing various samples in small quantities up to1100 oC Max, and it can continuously heat 1000oC under a controlled atmosphere with temperature accuracy of±1℃. In addition. the compact furnace can be placed into a glove box. It is an ideal furnace to explore the material for solid-state electrolyzing and new-generation superconductors

Application Notes
|
- The pressure of quartz tube interior must below 0.02 MPa.
- Toxic or explosive gases are not recommended for use with this furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision. Please put the furnace into the fume hood for better safety.
- It is recommended to monitor the pressure guage of the Quartz Tube during heating to ensure the pressure of quartz tube to be below 0.02 MPa. Open the Release Valve to release the pressure in order to prevent quart tube rupture or flange ejection.
- Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
