Application Notes

• To avoid rusting, use acetone to clean and dry rollers' surfaces after each use
• Apply anti-rust lubricant on the surface of rollers if the machine is unused for a long period of time
• Never roll materials with hardness > HRC 50
• In order to prolong the lifespan of the roller bearings, regular lubrication is recommended
• Multi-step thickness calendering needed: While calendering the sample sheet, make each calendering decrement of 0.02mm compared to the sheet's original thickness
• Clean roller surface after each rolling and apply lubricant when not in use to avoid corrosion
