MSK-SFM-65 is a compact three-roll mill, also called a kneader, capable of homogenizing, grinding, or dispersing viscous slurry or paste. High viscosity slurry or paste can be quickly sheared, pressed and impacted down to idea thickness by extremely high centrifugal forces of rotating rolls.

The compact body permits the use in a limited space in the laboratory. Three rollers are made of zirconia, offering hard, smooth, and chemically resistant surfaces. Cooling water can be pumped into three rolls to maintain the temperature of the roller surface, preventing the slurry or paste from oxidizing while processing. Roller spacing is adjusted manually with a quick engagement mechanism by the use of four handwheels. Two additional handwheels are placed on the top, allowing for the adjustment of the width of the slurry or paste.
