RHF-1400L is a roller table atmosphere furnace with 1500ºC max working temperature and 112-liter capacity ( L80xW40xH35, cm). The furnace is designed for simulating a big continuous kiln to find suitable sintering parameters at a low cost, and it is excellent for making cathode materials and hard carbon for a pilot test of battery research.

Crucibles (optional)

- Four Alumina Saggar ( 330x330 x120 mm ) can be placed inside the furnace
- Each alumina sagger can handle 20 kg of NMC powder, and 80 kg of powder can be sintered per batch
- 24 small alumina saggers (140x140x66 mm) can be placed via two rows x 3 layers ( 4x2x3 )
- Each alumina sagger can handle 2 kg of NMC or hard carbon precurser powder, and 48 kg per batch
