RTP-MS is an Ultrafast Heating and Pressing Furnace (UHP) with a heating speed of up to 180°C/s, 2900°C, and 100 kg Load inside a high vacuum chamber made of stainless steel. The furnace may replace SPS for small sample at a low cost.
