UHS-6 is an Ultrafast Sintering Furnace (UHS) with a heating speed of more than 200°C/minute up to 2000°C. Two 6"x6" Carbon felts are used as heating elements, which can process the samples up to 4"x4". A robotic arm will load and upload samples automatically. The whole system is put in a glovebox with a purification system with oxygen and humidity of less than 1 PPM.
