DZF-6020-HT400-220 is a vacuum oven with 30 segments, a precise temperature controller, up to 500°C. A radiant wall heating system is employed to provide optional temperature uniformity. Its 25-liter vacuumable SS chamber allows adequate space for drying, curing, vacuum embedding, and plating applications. A closeable 4" x 4" quartz window is installed on the front door to allow you to clearly observe samples inside.

  • Door flange with water cooling jacket to allow silicone sealing O-ring using for a long time
  • One Digital Temperature Controlled Recirculating Water Chiller is included for water cooling

Attention
  • Please note that it's normal the SS chamber wall is slightly deformed and loses its shine at high temperatures. However, this won't affect the use of the oven 
  • Please slowly cool down the oven (<5C/min) to avoid thermal shock in the transparent window.
