User-Friendly Interface

• The temperature profile editor allows the creation of customized recipes for temperature, and includes functionalities such as Run, Hold, Stop, Jump Steps, recipe maker, PV & SV display, temp. graph, and etc.
• Allow temperature programming and monitoring for furnaces with 1 ~ 3 heating zones.
  
• Real-time chart plotting (Y-axis: temperature; X-axis: time). Chart saving (.png file) and clear history are allowed. 
  
• Continues data logging (.CSV file) for measured temperatures and time once the "data record" function is activated. CSV files can be accessed by using MS Excel. 

• The flow rate profile editor allows the creation of customized recipes for gas flow rate, and includes functionalities such as Run, Hold, Stop, Jump Steps, recipe maker, PV & SV display, and graph, and etc. 
  
• Allow flowrate programming and monitoring for gas mixers with up to 4 channels
