Failure to provide a verifiable serial number (or purchase order) may result in a service fee upfront or the refusal to provide any service due to the possibility fake or forbidden purchasing channel.

If you are a second owner of any MTI product

Please make sure to obtain the purchase order from the first owner. MTI strictly follows government guidelines and regulations to prevent criminals from using scientific equipment for illegal purposes.
