Application Note
|
- Wear Thermal Gloves during all operation and handling procedures.
- It is recommended to place and operate the Microwave Furnace inside a fume hood.
- Always remove the Thermocouple prior to detaching the Microwave Heater to avoid thermocouple damage.
- Ensure to maintain clearance of 0.5 meter between the Microwave Furnace and the Temperature Control Unit to prevent electromagenetic interference.
- Allow the Microwave Furnace to cool below 200°C before removing or disassembling the Microwave Heater.
- Store the Microwave Heater in a dry environment. If moisture is present, thoroughly dry the Microwave Heater before operation. Otherwise, the moisture can absorb microwave to cause issue on heating process.
