Application Notes
  • The MSK-2150 rollers are specially designed for battery R&D in terms of its advantages as affordable, compact, and precise. Please strictly follow the instructions to operate
    • Must use acetone to clean rollers' surface after each use
    • If the machine will be idle for a long period of time, please apply anti-rust lubricant on the rollers
    • The minimum thickness of the rolled sheet should depend on the physical property of the material. If you have other materials to process. Please mail us your samples and we are willing to do the test for you
    • Warning: Never roll materials with hardness > 50HRC
  • This roller is suitable for using under Ar/N2 gas glovebox
  • If rolling Lithium metal foil, high purity mineral oil shall be used as a lubricant to avoid Li sticks on the roller. Click the link below to learn how to clean mineral oil from sample
  • Please refer to this instruction on how to calculate rolling pressure from roller gap (reference only)

Warnings
  • Never roll materials with hardness > 50HRC
  • Multi-step thickness calendaring needed: While calendaring the sample sheet, make each calendering decrement of 0.02mm comparing with sheet original thickness.
  • Never calendering decrement over 0.02mm comparing with original sheet thickness each calendering.
  • Must clean roller surface for each rolling and Use acetone to clean and lubricate when not in use to avoid corrosion
