MSK-USP-R2R is a Lab-Scale Roll to Roll Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis Coating System, which integrates the swing ultrasonic spray head, the heat-able platform with a vacuum chuck, the digital syringe pump, and roll to roll device together. It is cost-effective equipment to explore the production flexibility for new generation materials of the solar cell, battery, and flexible electronics

Ultrasonic Spraying 
  • 40KHz ( 220VAC/130W) ultrasonic generator and two spraying nozzles are included.
  • Two spray nozzles are made of Titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V) with a KF25 adaptor
  • KF25 quick clamp is included to connect the spray head to the KF25 port 
  • Max. temperature： 70oC
  • Spraying speed: 5 mL/min~ 40 mL/min （ 0.3L/hr - 2.4L / hr.)
  • Fluid viscosity range: 1 - 50 mPa·s (cP)
Swing Fixture
  • The swing fixture is installed on top of the heat able platform
  • The ultrasonic nozzle is installed on the swing fixture
  • The oscillation speed is adjustable by the digital controller

Syringe Pump
