This is the KF50 flange adapter of the vacuum sealing assembly for the tube with 60mm OD without any welding and gluing.

SPECIFICATIONS

Features
  • The KF50 flange adapter of the vacuum sealing assembly for the tube with 60mm OD.
  • Seal the tube by tightening the screws on the flange without any welding and glue.
  • Made of Stainless Steel ( SS304) with double high-temperature silicon O-rings and a pressing ring.
  • Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz, and steel pipe.
  • As shown in the picture, for only one side of the tube.
  • Vacuum level: 10-5 torr by molecular pump and 10-2 torr by a mechanical pump
Warning
  • Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange (see the picture below) to avoid the heat radiation melt the silicone O-ring. You can order a ceramic block in related products.
  • Please do not over-tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
