The KJT-PCG-O2 system consists of

• a precision mass flow controller (MFC) with digital display,
• an INFICON pirani capacitance diagram pressure gauge,
• A modified automatic gas pressure controller with dual solenoid valves,
•  a trace oxygen analyzer (0 - 1000ppm),
•  a KF25 solenoid valve, ¼ solenoid valve,
•  a cold trap, a mechanical vacuum pump,
• etc

• Gas flow-in/out rate largely affect system pressure
• By pressing down the SP Switch, the KJT-PCG-O2 works in vacuum mode, while release the SP switch, it works in composition measurement mode.
• The High Trip Point of SP1 and SP2 and their hysteresis can be adjusted via the DPDS software, which can be download on the INFICON website. Pic 1.
• A cable between the INFICON pressure gauge and a computer should be purchased from INFICON separately. (INFICON ordering # 303-333) 
  
• For O2 measurement, 
  • NEVER vacuum or pressurize the oxygen sensor. The vacuum/pressure will cause irreversible damage to the sensor.
  • NEVER expose the sensor in the air for more than 5 minutes.
• The pressure inside the tube chamber will be kept 0.5-740 torr for vacuum and 761-770 torr for chemical analysis, Pic 2. This setting is adjustable via DPDS software.
