Slurry Feeding Pumps
 

• Normally slurry viscosity for doctor blade, reverse comma blade, and slot die is suggested in the range of 2000-6000 cps. For microgravure coating, the slurry viscosity could be 50-2000 cps. 
• As for doctor blade, reverse comma blade, and microgravure, peristalic pump of MSK-155 with 2L volume or MSK-156-E can be considered:

 

• As for slot die, syringe pump of MSK-151-L500 with either 500 mL or 1L and screw pump of MSK-156 can be considered for continuous and intermittent coating, respectively:
