EQ-SPC-3850 is a large precision screen printing machine driven by compressed gas with a coating area of 300 mm x 500 mm. It is a cost-effective tool for making various film coating with patterns and can be used for making flexible rechargeable battery electrodes, OLED, or thermoelectric devices.

Substrate Holder

- A substrate is held by the vacuum chuck with an area of 1000 x 1800 mm
- The vacuum pump is built into the bottom of the machine

- Substrate thickness: 0 - 80 mm adjustable
- The position of the vacuum chuck can be fine-adjusted with the knobs.
- Position adjusting range:
- X-axis: 10mm to the left and 10mm to the right, a total of 20mm
- Y-axis: 8mm to the front and 8mm to the back, a total of 16mm

- A sample screen mask with MTI's Logo is included for testing and machine inspection.
- Extra screen masks with frames are available from Amazon or many other online stores.

- The compressed air pump is required for the operation
- 0.5-0.6 MPa pressure required
- The compressed Air pump is not included, please click the link below to order one if you don't have
- Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of an air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn about the installation of a gas regulator.
