RG- LXX is a double-layer glass chemical reactor with option 10L or 20L capacity. Multi-stirring PTFE blade is selectable to avoid contamination. Hot oil recirculator is available to heat the reactor up to 200oC

Bath Heater |
- Max. 200 °C Oil Bath Heater is available upon request to heat the reactor.
- A separated bath heater is connected to the glass reactor system via the liquid delivery tubes (Stainless-steel bellow tube) for temperature regulation.
- PT100 sensor is utilized for temperature detection of the Bath Heater to offer ±1 °C temperature accuracy, which is regulated by a PID temperature control.
- Working Temperature Range for Water Bath: RT - 99°C; Working Temperature Range for Oil Bath: RT - 200°C
- The bath heater is equipped with a pump that recirculates thermal fluid to the heating jacket at a constant flow rate of 10 L/min.
- Bath Heater Dimension: 425 mm x 325 mm x 600mm (L x W x H)
- A drainage gate valve is located on the bottom of the Bath Heater to release the thermal fluid into the heating jacket, while a return port located on the side of the Bath Heater enables the continuous circulation of thermal fluid.
Application Notes:
For thermal fluid selection, deionized or distilled water should be used for water-based circulation. thermal oils with a viscosity below 100cSt are recommended for use within this equipment as oil-based circulation.

Reactor Chamber

- The reactor chamber is made of double-layer glass with air-tight sealed
- 10L or 20 L capacity is selectable from product option
- 10 L Reactor Dimensions: 390 mm O.D x 330 mm I.D
- The Drainage is built at the bottom of the reactor to empty the reactor after a batch reaction.
- For the Bath Heater optional, the heating jacket is integrated around the reactor to allow the thermal fluid to circulate through the heating jacket for heating. A thermal cloth layer is applied to enhance efficiency.
