OTF-1500X-II-50SL is a 1500°C Two Zone slide-able tube furnace with 50mm OD x 55"L mullite tube and vacuum flanges. One pair of sliding rail is installed on the bottom of the furnace. The furnace can be moved manually from one side to the other for achieving a max. heating or cooling rate up to 60°C/min. For the fastest heating, the furnace may be pre-heated to the desired temperature and then be slid to the sample's position. As for the fastest cooling, the furnace can be slid to another side after sample heating is completed. This system provides a solution for rapid thermal processing at the lowest cost.

Vacuum Flanges	Stainless steel vacuum flanges with the build-in water cooling jacket are installed on both ends of the tube with heavy-duty support. The digital vacuum gauge is available upon request ( Pic. below right( Two pairs of fibrous ceramic tube blocks are included for blocking heat radiation from the inside tube. (Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber before heating
