MSK-HT-16 is a 16 positions high throughput and low-cost Crimper for CR2016, CR2025, and CR2032 coin cells. The crimper comes with a pressure display and settings to achieve consistent crimping with16 cells in one batch to quickly explore the best battery material. The crimper can be sued inside the glove box with Ar atmosphere compatibility.

- 24V DC motor with reducing gear, 15W. The operation is very safe without NRTL certification
- If you use the machine in the Ar gas glovebox, you shall order KF40 feedthrough from us to put the switching power supply in the outside glovebox to avoid arcing burning.

Die Set & Compatibility

- Assembling die (made of hardening steel) for crimping CR2032, CR2025, & CR2016 coin cells (Optional CR2325, CR2450 die sets are available upon request).
- 160 pcs MTI's CR2032 cases are included in the package for immediate testing

Pressure

- A built-in load cell with a digital display for pressure measurement and control
- The device is Ar gas compatible and used inside the glovebox
- Pressure adjustment range: 0 - 1.5 metric tons
- Recommended assembling pressure for CR20XX coin cells should be over 0.8T for MTI's CR2032 cases. Please find the desired pressure by experiment.

Application Notes

- Such a compact coin cell crimper is suitable for use in the glove box with Ar atmosphere where Lithium-Sulfur, Lithium Solid-State, or Li-ion half cell will be assembled.
