KSL-1700X-A3 is a bench-top high-temperature muffle furnace with CE certification and all electric parts inside the furnace are UL listed and ready to pass UL or CSA certificate. The furnace consists of high-quality alumina fiber bricks and MoSi2 heating elements with a chamber of 10"x10"x12".  It is an ideal tool for annealing and sintering materials in research or dental labs.

Application Notes

  • For preserving the longevity of the furnace components, we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 10 °C /min.
  • The cooling rate shall also not exceed 10 °C /min.
  • This furnace lacks vacuum sealing, and toxic or explosive gases are not recommended for use with this furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision.
  • Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
