Primary and Monitoring Controllers
|
- The primary controller and thermocouple dominate the user-defined heating program and main alarm system.
- The monitoring controller only monitors the real temperature by the other thermocouple and activates the secondary alarm system when the failure of the primary controller to ensure safety.

Temperature Controller

- 30 programmable segments for precise control of heating rate, cooling rate and dwell time.
- Built-in PID Auto-Tune function with overheating & broken thermocouple broken protection.
- Over-temperature protection and alarm allow the operation without attendant(s).

Temperature controller (optional)

- You may upgrade the temperature controller to the Eurotherm Temperature Controller which provides +/- 0.1ºC accuracy. Gas Inlet & Flow Meter

- The gas inlet is 1/4 O.D tube fitting installed in the left panel of the furnace

Application Notes |
- The cooling rate shall also not exceed 10 °C /min.
- Toxic or explosive gases are not recommended for use with this furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision.
- Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
- A refractory door block must be inserted before the closing door.
