MSK-TE935 is 20T max. the testing machine driven by servo-motor for both Crushing and nail penetration with touch screen programmable Panel and PC remote control for safe operation. The electric hydraulic pump provides crushing force for battery cells at variable speed up to 200KN, and also can cut-off based on pressure, battery temperature, and voltage drops off to meet IEC 62133.8.3.5, UN38.3 and GB/T31485-2015 standard.

Chamber Structure

  • Double-layer steel chamber for anti-explosion
    • Inside chamber: made of 1.5 mm thickness cold rolled SS304 with tensile strength > 500 Mpa
    • Outside casing: made of 1.5 mm thickness annealed A3 steel with Tensile strength > 400 Mpa
  • Explosion-proof window: 280X 280mm
    • Double layer 5 mm thick anti-explosion glass with double sides anti-explosion film to ensure broken glass can not flying out in the case of explosion
  • Laser crosshair for visualizing crushing / penetrating center
  • Battery Placement Area: L 600mm x W 600mm x H 400mm
  • Lighting is built on top
  • Four-wheel is installed on the bottom to make the box movable

Fire extinguishing apparatus (optional)

  • Two fire detectors are installed inside the chamber, which will relay on to open optional Fire extinguishing apparatus once fire happen upon request of the customer
  • Customers may use the detector drive water valve opening or drive Fire extinguisher open according to battery type
  • We may add other Fire extinguishing apparatus upon request of the customer
Control Unit
  • Separated control unit from the operation chamber
  • Touch screen panel for parameter and program setting 
  • Optional: Remote operation by PC via WiFi network is available upon request at an extra cost
