Aiming to replace of the traditional PVDF binder, this non-toxic polymer binder (Acrylic acid modified cellulose) can be used to mixed with cathode powder to form uniform slurry for Li-ion battery applications.
resistance and high viscosity, and one of the advantage from water-based (Aqueous) chemistry is it isn't prone to catching fire.
Mixing guide:
1. 3.0% in weight (for customer's reference) of the mixing powder (active+conductive+binder), no thicken agent required
2. Put mixed powder into ball milling machine to dry mill.
3. Add water as solvent for paste mixing.
4. Add Alcohol to prevent bubble and aging for 4-8 hours
5. Vacuum mixing for 10-20 minutes for use.
