This electrode sheet is based on Aluminum foil coated by Lithium Nickel Manganese Cobalt Oxide (Ni:Co:Mn = 9 :0.5:0.5, NCM911) on a double side and can be used as the cathode of Li-Ion battery -- 5 sheets /bag

  • Current collector (substrate): Aluminum foil (16 microns, area density of 4.22mg/cm2)
  • Coated Area: 241mm L x 175mm W. The edge width of blank area is 12.5 mm for each side.
  • Double sides area density: 21 ± 0.4 mg/cm2
  • Compaction density: 3.4 ± 0.1 g/cm3
  • Coating Thickness: ~35 um
  • Total Thickness: ~86 um
  • Active Material Proportion in Powder: 95.5% (PVDF and Super P is 2% and 2.5%, respectively) 
  • Specific Capacity: 202 mAh/g [0.1C, 3.0-4.3 V vs Li/Li+, Half Cell] [Electrolyte:1.0M LiPF6 in EC:DMC:EMC=1:1:1 Vol% with 1.0%VC]
  • Note:  The electrode sheet shall be stored in a vacuum box, a vacuum oven or a glove box to avoid degradation
