EQ-CIP110-DIE is a Complete CIP Die Set (Max. 350 Mpa Vessel) for Cold Isostatic Press, which has a chamber of 110 mm ID x 80 mm effective depth a. It is an excellent tool for preparing Max. 4" dia. x 3" H sample with a much high-density.

Note
  • Never let the press hold the target pressure be longer than 8 minutes
  • It's normal that the target pressure decreases a little bit during the pressure holding time, so never press the red nor the green button in this period
  • Pressure must be completely released first, then make sure the handwheel and the pressure release valve has been tightened before pressing
  • You may use the liquid rubber to seal the sample to be CIP ( click Pic.1 to order). Check this link to understand liquid rubber for sample preparation. 
  • You may use a small vacuum sealer to seal the sample before CIP inside a glovebox to avoid air contamination ( Click Pic. 2 to order)
  • You may use the machine as a dry pressing to order pressing die (click Pic below right)
