CM-HIP-3 is a compact internal heated isostatic pressing ( HIP ) with 80 ID x 130 H mm effective heating area. The furnace can operate under a maximum working temperature of 1500°C and a maximum pressure of 20 Mpa inert gas. 

Structure
  • The furnace chamber is made of stainless steel ( SS304 )
  • A pressure release valve is built in to avoid pressure beyond max pressure.
  • Steel explosives-proof box is included, the furnace can be slid into the box during operation for safe operation
  • The mobile cart is included for easy moving to a safe location
