This is a pair of sealing flange with the water cooling jacket valve for OD 3.5" (89 mm diameter) processing tube. If you cannot use a ceramic block in two ends of tube, you must use the water cooling jacket to keep flange cool (otherwise silicone o-ring may get damage)

SPECIFICATIONS

Features	Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicone O-rings on the flange. Stainless steel needle valve with 1/4" barbed fitting. 12mm Push to Connect port for water tube. The assembly kit will seal one end of 89-91 mm ( 3.5") diameter ceramic and quartz tube. Vacuum meter is installed in one side of flange. You may choose left side, right side or a full set of the flange at product option bar Note: You may order Digital Temperature Controlled Recirculating Water Chiller with 16L / min Flow, to cool the flange and save water. ( click picture below right to order )
Vacuum level	10E-2 torr by a mechanical pump 10E-5 torr by a small turbopump and 10-6 torr by hi-speed turbopump
Warming	Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange ( see picture below ) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. Please click the picture below-center to order the block. Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
