This 5" flange is specially made for CVD applications where customers need both the inlet and outlet 1/4" tube fittings to enable gas flows in the system. Each flange is equipped with a water cooling jacket which fully protects the O-ring during the heating process. Flange supports will be provided with the flange set to ensure the rigidity and safety of the structure. 

The flange is suitable for MTI 5" tube (130mm O.D x 122mm. ID)
