This is a pair of smart sealing assembly for 2" vacuum tube furnace to seal both ends of 50 +/- 1.0 mm tube without any welding and gluing.

SPECIFICATIONS

Package included One Mechanical Pressure Gauge ( Optional: Digital Pressure Gauge), two flanges, two steel sealing rings, four high-temperature silicone O-rings ( 300oC Max.) and six screws

  • One end of the flange has a barbed needle valve,1/4" feedthrough (the nut is with M15*1.5 thread) for thermocouple inserted and 1/8 NPS valve with installed Mechanical Pressure Gauge. (if you need Compact Digital Vacuum Gauge, please choose from product option at extra cost. If you don't need vacuum gauge, please instruct us when you order, we can take it off, but no price deduction )
  • Another end of the flange has a KF25 port with a barbed needle valve. You may need KFD25 angle valve before connecting the vacuum port to the vacuum pump. Please choose the KF25 angle valve at related product below.
  • Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue.
  • 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose.
  • Designed for MTI OTF-1200X Desktop Quartz Tube Furnace.
  • Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe.

Notes
  • Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange (see picture below) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. You order a ceramic block in related products.
  • Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
