OTF-1200X-S-FB contains a single temperature zone vertical tube furnace, nickel-based alloy tube, and a re-feeder with a KF25 port. It is a CVD experimental equipment specifically for the deposition of the powder surface with a max working temperature of 1100C and 3 bar gas pressure

Nickel base super-alloy tube with flanges. φ30 OD x φ12 IDX 600 L (mm )
- One mechanical pressure gauge(-0.1-0.3MPa) pre-installed,
- The pre-installed Safety relief valve will turn on automatically once the pressure reaches 0.3Mpa (Pic.1)
- One Ni alloy mesh is installed inside the tube center to carry two layers of materials (Pic. 2 &3)
- A re-feeder connects the tube with a KF25 port on the tube( which is limited pressure to Max. 3 bars)
- Three different materials can be filled in the re-feeder at the same time by filling into different zones. (50ml each zone) via KF25 adaptor
