OTF-1200X-HP-55 is a split tube furnace with a Ni-based super-alloy tube (55mm O.D x 20 mm I.D x 600 mm L) and valves. It is designed for use at high pressure (7 MPa) up to 1100°C under oxidizing and inert gas atmospheres to process special compounds. It is an ideal furnace to use for preparing new materials under high pressure and also can be used as a mini HIP to treat metallic samples. ( Laptop is included since 9/10/15 )

Compatible Gas and Crucible	O2 and inert gasses such as N2, Ar and He Note: A small quartz or Alumina boat shall be used to load the sample inside the vessel. Please click the link below to order separately. Never place the sample directly onto the vessel without a crucible. Vessel service life could be reduced significantly if you don't do so. You may use gold or nickel foil to wrap the crucible boat to minimize the contamination to the pressure vessel.

Pressure Sensor and Display	Precision high-pressure sensor (Pressure measurement range: 0~25Mpa) installed on the pressure vessel. The pressure sensor is installed in the flange. The pressure will be displayed in the pressure controller in the front panel of the furnace. The alarm system is built in the pressure controller which allows the user to set up the high and low limit points of pressure. When the measuring pressure exceeds the limit point, the alarm strobe and whistle will be activated for the warning.
