KSL-1700X-S-H is a1700ºC max. compact hybrid furnace that can be used as a 1.7L ( 12x12x12cm ) muffle furnace and a 1" ID " tube furnace. It is a cost-effective and space-saving solution for material processing labs.

Furnace Structure
  • The design of the drop-down door makes it easy to load samples as a compact box furnace
  • One 40 mm hole is opened in the front of the door to insert a 40 mm OD x 30 mm ID alumina tube with flanges as a tube furnace
  • 1800oC grade MoSi2 heating elements inside

  • Labview-Based Temperature Control System (EQ-MTS01) enables users to edit temperature profiles, manage heat-treatment recipes, and record and plot data for MTI furnaces.
  • A wireless remote control provides up to 200 meters of operating range.

  • The furnace is ready to pass TUV(UL61010) or CSA certification at an extra cost. 
Attention Notes
  • For preserving the longevity of the furnace components, we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 10 °C /min. The cooling rate shall also not exceed 10 °C /min.
  • Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
