KSL-1000X is an anti-corrosive muffle furnace with a hidden heating coil inside the ceramic chamber, which is designed to calcine some corrosive materials, such as sulfides and chlorides, up to 1,050ºC. The venting port is built on the top of the furnace for exhausting gas.

- Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating
