MLLR-7-360 is a customized Seven-layer roll-to-roll lamination machine up to 12" and 150ºC. which is designed to laminate 7 layers of films into one for battery or battery recycling research. This machine can be operated under Ar gas for air-sensitive materials.

 Multi-layer Film Feeding Fixture
  • 7 feeding rollers are installed on the fixture to carry seven kinds of film
  • Each roller has a 1" diameter rolling rod and adjustable width from 4" to 12" 
  • Max feeding roller diameter is 75 mm diameter with feeding film
  • The unit of tension rollers is included to guide 7-layer films into laminating machine
  •  10 layer feeding roller fixture is available upon request

  • One tension control winding fixture is included to ensure winding tightly
