MSK-110-A16 is a bench-top high through 16 channels automatic assembling machine for CR20XX or other series coin cells with 20mm Dia. The machine can automatically complete the coin cell assembly process by assembling in sequence, injecting electrolytes, and sealing cells. It uses a servo motor to drive the sealing process, ensuring stable and reliable pressure. 
MSK-110-A16 is compatible with glove boxes or dry rooms.

Assembling Sequence for Coin Cell


  • For CR2032 coin cells, there are two assembling sequences are available (the positive assembling sequence is regarded as the default mode since Jan 2025):
    • Positive Assembling Sequence: "cathode case, cathode disc, separator, anode disc, spacer, spring, and anode case".            
    • Negative Assembling Sequence: "anode case, anode disc, separator, cathode disc, spacer, spring, and cathode case". 
    • Other series of coin cells are available upon request, please contact MTI for more information.
    • Different assembling sequences can be customized upon request.

Maintenance & Equipment Care

  • Electrolytes are highly corrosive materials; therefore, the die set must be cleaned with ethanol after each experiment to avoid any corrosion damage. 
  • Please be aware that MTI is not liable for any losses/damages resulting from improper use, care and maintenance, or abuse of the product.
