MSK-140-AM is a multifunctional heater sealer for continuous top/side sealing of pouch cell (Max. 190×190×12 mm), which is realized by the special design of dual sets of heating blades and cell fixture. The absolute length of sealing blades is 210 mm and its effective sealing length is 190 mm. The temperature uniformity of sealing blade is ± 2.5 °C. The sealing width of soft top sealing blade and hard side sealing is 3.5 mm 6 mm, respectively.

  • Top Sealing: standard soft sealing width is 3.5 mm. Customized sealing width of 2-10 mm is available upon request
  • Side Sealing: standard hard sealing width is 6 mm. Customized sealing width of 2-10 mm is available upon request
Sealing Thickness
  • 0-0.5 mm for pouch cell case
Sealing Accuracy
  • Thickness' uniformity is better than 0.03 mm
Sealing Pressure
  • Max. 160 kgf (corresponds to a gas pressure of 0.6 MPa)
Sealing Temperature
  • Max. 250°C (hard side sealing blade with Teflon tape at 220°C; soft top sealing blade with Teflon tape at 250°C).
  • Normally we recommend 180°C for sealing blades. 
Sealing Time
  • 0-99s adjustable, normally 4-8s was recommended. 
Production Efficiency
  • 100-200 pcs/h (depends on the proficiency of operators)

  • Air compressor tube size is 8.

  • Note: If a gas cylinder is used instead of an air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.
